As pastoral ministry candidates, the AGC seeks passionate pursuers of God who are energetically involved in a lifestyle of Bible study, prayer, personal spiritual growth, holiness, worship, preaching and living out the gospel in building God's Kingdom. Such candidates will evidence;
- demonstrable academic achievement;
- self-awareness, good interpersonal skills, conflict management
- ability to communicate (teaching, preaching, facilitating)
- leadership skills (II Tim. 2:2, be leaders others want to follow; mentoring, discipleship); and
- administrative and management skills
