Looking for: Senior Pastor
Grace Chinese Gospel Church of North York, located at 201 Tempo Ave. North York, Ontario, Canada, is a growing cell-based church with many congregations using three languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. We have a membership of about 700. We are presently seeking a full-time senior pastor to lead the church.
Qualifications
· Agree with vision in continuing cell ministry;
· Adapt to and be able to communicate in 3 languages and cultures;
· Minimum 10 years of ministry experience with minimum 5 years in North America;
· Minimum master level seminary degree;
· Emphasis on team work: team members are valued and empowered;
· Able to develop and mentor the team members (pastoral staff).
· Strong leadership to coordinate church-wide ministries;
