Looking for: Senior Pastor
The Grassy Plains Gospel Church is looking for the man of God who would be led to a full time position serving God in our Church and community. The church is looking for a discerning man who would sense the leading of the Holy Spirit to Pastor in a rural community, about thirty miles from the nearest town.
Mission Statement: “Our purpose is to worship God; to honour one another in our fellowship and worship; to unite as followers of Jesus, that we may be light in this community.”
We would expect the pastor to:
- meet the qualifications set out for an elder as set out in Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:6-9
- be credentialed for ministry with the Associated Gospel Churches
- uphold a good Christian testimony in his home and community as described in Ephesians 5:25-33
